Mr. Sajid Khan is teaching the Subject of Sociology at University of Chitral as a lecturer soon after its inauguration in the summer of 2017. Previously worked in multi-disciplinary capacities for different national and international NGOs, This included planning, implementation, research, management and monitoring/evaluation of projects/programmes focusing on education, social entrepreneurship, and life-skills based education for youth, peace education, DRR, post disaster recovery and governance and resilience. Work experience included living and working in two countries encompassing two continents.
He has extensive experience in the field of administration and project planning and management.
He holds Master degree in Applied Social Research from The University of Manchester, MS/MPhil in Development Studies from University of Leeds, along with Extensive certificate Course in Project planning and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He also holds Master’s degree in Sociology from University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
His areas of interests are NGOs, development and social change.
